A friend from college, one of my favorite people in the world actually, started a letter writing project. She sent an email with her address and asked to send mine. This afternoon I received my first letter! It's so strange, how excited I am. Time and thought went into writing this letter. The stationary, the little drawings, the ideas, the licking of the stamp and careful placement, the walk to the postbox. I feel special :)
